• Are we required to have a GST/PST/HST number to register for a wholesale account?

  Yes, we do require that you provide us your GST and PST, or HST number. If you don't have one yet and expect one soon, please email us at wholesale@landish.ca and we'll be happy to help.

• Where can we get the full product price and UPC list?

  As soon as you have access to our wholesale portal, the product price and UPC codes will appear right under the product image. If you need it as a document, please email us at wholesale@landish.ca and we'll happily provide it to you.

• Does Landish offer visuals for my website, social media and store?

  Yes, we do offer product and lifestyle images for your website, social media and store. Upon approval of your account, we'll give you access to our Drive Folder where you'll get a ton of options to choose from.

• What is Landish's wholesale return policy?

  We stand by the quality of our products so that you can too. If you or one of your customers ever experiences any issues with our products, please contact us at wholesale@landish.ca.

• Does Landish offer wholesale volume discounts?

  No, we currently do not offer wholesale volume discounts.

• Can we create a wholesale account if we're located outside of Canada?

  As of today, we only ship in Canada and the US. If you're based in Canada, you can register to our online wholesale portal here. If you're in the US, please contact us at wholesale@landish.co to request a sell sheet.

• What are Landish product's shelf life?

  We guarantee shelf life of 12 months for our Pure Canadian Marine Collagen and 3 months for all other products.
